Reports from the Taskforce for Action on Violence within Families

This page has reports produced from the Taskforce for Action on Violence within Families

The First Report

The Taskforce published its First Report in July 2006, setting out its vision and programme of action for 2006/2007 and beyond.

The Taskforce vision was that:

All families and whānau have healthy, respectful, stable relationships, free from violence.

The Ongoing Programme of Action

The second report, the Ongoing Programme of Action, built on and continued the work of the Taskforce for 2007/2008 and beyond. The Ongoing Programme of Action let New Zealanders see what the Taskforce was doing to eliminate family violence, and provided an opportunity for New Zealanders to review the Taskforce’s achievements from the First Programme of Action.

Further reports for the Ongoing Programme of Action

The Taskforce published additional reports for the Ongoing Programme of Action to provide updates on progress and future plans.
