This review was commissioned by MSD to understand why some New Zealand Superannuation (NZ Superannuation) and Veteran's Pension clients had their Winter Energy Payments (WEP) suspended, and to examine other issues that arose during the introduction of mandatory Confirming Your Circumstances (CYC) reviews.
