Strategic Intentions | Ngā Takunetanga ā-Rautaki

MSD’s Strategic Intentions 2025-2029 sets out MSD’s strategic intentions for the next four years. It covers who we are and what we do, what we want to achieve, and what we are doing to get there.

Publishing strategic intentions supports accountability to our Minister, Parliament and the public, and meets the reporting requirements set out in the Public Finance Act 1989.

We are working on an A3 summary of the Strategic Intentions in te reo Māori.

Key Performance Indicators

Alongside our new Strategic Intentions 2025-2029, we have updated our suite of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from 1 July 2025. We will report against our updated KPIs starting from our Annual Report 2026.
