Consultation is open from Monday 25 November 2019 to Friday 21 February 2020.
This survey is generally the simplest and easiest way to give us feedback. It doesn’t take long.
Your feedback will be used to develop the Government’s Disability Employment Action Plan. Taking part is voluntary – it is up to you.
