Traffic Light System evaluation findings

The traffic light system was launched on 12 August 2024 as part of the Government’s Welfare that Works, aimed at helping more people move off benefits and into work.  

We conducted an evaluation of the traffic light system. Results generally showed the new system is helping clients better understand and stay on track with their obligations.
