New Zealand Relay is a telecommunications service for people who are Deaf, hard of hearing, Deafblind or speech impaired so they can communicate with the organisations they need to contact.

  • NZ Relay operates 24/7 all year round
  • Everything that is typed or said by the sender is accurately relayed to the receiver
  • All calls are strictly confidential and private
  • There are no charges for most calls
