New Zealand Relay is a telecommunications service for people who are Deaf, hard of hearing, Deafblind or speech impaired so they can communicate with the organisations they need to contact.
- NZ Relay operates 24/7 all year round
- Everything that is typed or said by the sender is accurately relayed to the receiver
- All calls are strictly confidential and private
- There are no charges for most calls
