Help and support at Work and Income

If you're finding it hard to manage because you've lost your job, can't work, are working fewer hours or need help with costs, Work and Income has lots of ways to help you and your family.

You don't need to be on a benefit to get help. You could get help while you're working or if you need ongoing financial support.
