Our Organisational Integrity teams provide independent risk management, audit and assurance functions within the Ministry. They review our business processes and operations and advice the Chief Executive and Leadership Team on the management of issues.
They also provide information and advice on fraud and emerging fraud risks, and manage fraud risk and investigate internal fraud for the Ministry.
Organisational Integrity includes the Client Advocacy and Review unit, which provides clients with a fair and transparent review and appeal process for decisions made by the Ministry about the support they may receive.
