Appointing a representative or agent

A representative or agent is someone who can act on your behalf in discussing your individual matters.

You may appoint a representative for any reason you see fit (e.g., you're out of the country, you have difficulty communicating).

You may designate anyone to be your representative, whether they are an individual or part of an organisation.

Some examples are; a lawyer, a trusted family member or a member of an organisation with whom you have maintained communication.
