2009/10 CPI Adjustment

The Government is providing a funding boost to social service organisations currently contracted to the Ministry of Social Development (Family and Community Services, Child, Youth and Family,) and the Ministry of Youth Development by adjusting their funding from July 2009 to take into account rises to the consumer price index over the last year.     

This decision means more than 850 community groups will receive a 3.0% inflation adjustment payment, totalling more than $3 million.
