Year one Extended Services children involved in activities around the country.

Extended Services have been successfully implemented in eight schools to date. Key to their success has been the positive relationship that providers have with their principals and Boards of Trustees and the discussions they have held with the children, parents and communities of their programme.

Glenmoor Afterschool and Holiday programme

Glenmoor Afterschool and Holiday programme (GASP), is run by the Neighbourhood Trust at Glenmoor primary school in Mariehau, Christchurch.

Rata Street Out of School Care and Recreation (OSCAR)

Rata Street OSCAR is owned by private provider Michelle Bothamley and managed by Julie Ross at Naenae primary school in Naenae, Wellington.

McLaren Park and Henderson South Community Initiative (MPHS)

McLaren Park and Henderson South Community Initiativeis managed by Aroha TeNamu and is run by MPHS from Henderson South primary school.

Rhode St School Sustainable Kids

Rhode St School Sustainable Kids is run by the Rhode Street Board of Trustees at Rhode Street primary school in Dinsdale Hamilton. It is managed by Delwyn Rouse.
