"[It's] the look on their faces and how they talk about it - for me, that is how we gauge [success].  We had kids that didn't want to go rafting and they weren't sure and thought it was like kayaking.  They didn't understand it. At the end when I saw them pull in after an hour and a half on the river, their faces were glowing.  Parents the next day were saying that their kids would not stop talking about it.  They just loved it.  For me, I know we're successful."
