Budget fact sheets 2005 - Children’s Commissioner increased funding

The Government is investing $284,000 over the next four years to increase baseline funding for New Zealand’s Commissioner for Children.

This initiative provides for an enhanced service by the Commissioner.

The funding will cover ongoing operating expenses, especially the costs of operating the Auckland office.
