Our organisational structure

We have structured our organisation so our work is aligned with the outcomes in our Statement of Intent. Our structure enables us to focus on Ministry-wide strategic issues while delivering the services that support and invest in people, families and communities. Our Policy and Service Delivery Clusters are enabled by our Corporate, Governance and Risk Cluster.
